I’ve worked from defense and government to the financial industry to the far reaches of the software industry. It’s such a joy to have a career where I have the opportunity to learn anything and everything. 

 

I love what I do. I have an unwavering need to help people understand things. Writing is about communicating, and communicating is about understanding. I write to help people understand a product, from the microcopy on buttons and text of error messages to the clear and exact language in a technical manual on a submarine.
