Technical Writing
As a UX Writer and Designer, I've collaborated with product and development teams. At Workday, I ran weekly content sync meetings with the Spend UX Design team and led a group of other technical writers to function as mentors for UX writing. I've worked with customers and other end-users to ensure designs are clear, concise, and understood.

Workday - Strategic Sourcing
While at Workday, I was the sole technical writer for the Strategic Sourcing product. I had 3 primary audience types to write for Workday customers: administrators, internal end-users, and external end-users. I worked with Legal extensively to update documentation so that it could be provided to both end-user types. I worked with 6 development teams to create and update all product documentation, including release notes and UX writing. These writing samples were developed during my time as a technical writer at Workday:

Delta Community Credit Union - Knowledge Management
As an external hire to Delta Community Credit Union, I entered their Knowledge Management department with a different perspective than an internal hire. I helped the organziation improve their knowledge base to use best practices and standards of the technical writing field. I wrote and organized documentation not only for tellers, but all departments across the organization. These writing samples were created during my time as a technical writer at Delta Community Credit Union:
FEMA Region IV - Recovery Division
I was the first technical writer that the Recovery Division employed. During my time there, I organized and updated their content working with multiple individuals in the division and cross-division. I was deployed to assist and document efforts after Hurricane Maria swept through South Florida. This writing sample was created at the request of a new Financial Assistant:
Leonardo DRS - DRS Maritime Systems & Services
Leonardo DRS is a contractor and supplier of integrated products, services and support to military forces, intelligence agencies and defense contractors worldwide. I provided technical writing services to the DRS Maritime Systems & Services branch, creating documentation for Naval Defense Systems, Air Force surveillance equipment, and several other maritime products. This writing sample is for sailors onboard a submarine:
